i'm using odoo online and get message "The Daily Email Limit Has Been Reached".


How to remove or hide this message?

Hi,

There's no direct way to remove or hide this message in Odoo Online as it's a system-level restriction. E-mail limits are in place to prevent Odoo's e-mail server from being blacklisted. Here are your options:


1) Ask Odoo support team to increase your daily limit. They will analyze your database situation based on factors including (but not limited to):

a)Number of users in your database

b)Installed apps

c)Your bounce rate (the percentage of emails not received due to being returned by mail servers)


2) Use your own outgoing email server to be independent of Odoo's mail limit. Refer to Odoo's documentation for setup instructions.


3)Wait until 11pm UTC for the daily reset, then click the retry button. To do this activate Developer mode and go to Settings > Technical > Emails.


4)Contact Odoo support for further assistance or clarification on your specific situation.
