Is there any way to increase the performance by any config to Odoo? 

We are having some performance issues when we print a Quotation/order it takes from 5 to 10s to create the.

From what I understand wkhtmltopdf is the one incharge of that process, is there some adjustments we need to apply?

I've seen something about the workers, the soft and hard memory, but don't quite understand it that much. 

We are running on virtual machine on a dedicated server, for testings we only have it set to 4 cores and 8Gb of ram, but we intend to double it. Any comment is appreciated
