I have been having issues uploading sales orders. Even if I try to create a sales order manually, export that order, edit those values and reupload, it doesn't seem to recognize the file/fields. It just defaults to my current user as the customer, and ignores the order lines in the file. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I can show images if needed

To re-import Sales Orders in Odoo without losing data, export the order with the "I want to update data (import-compatible export)" option. This includes key IDs that help Odoo match the records correctly during import. Without these IDs, Odoo may assign the current user as the customer and ignore order lines. When editing the file, make sure each order line is on a separate row with the same Sales Order ID. This ensures discounts, customer details, and product lines are preserved when re-imported.
