Hello, currently I am working on odoo v15 in this I want to remove an existing widget from an inbuilt module using an inherited template.
How can I achieve this?

You can inherit the corresponding view and using xpath, you can remove the widget from the field.
Sample:
<field name="subs" position="attributes">
<attribute name="widget">attribute>
field>
