I am wanting to implement some QMS processes. Here is the scenario:
We import a product which we sell to Dealers/Partners.
When the product is sold by the Dealer/Partner, we require them to complete a Pre-Delivery Checklist and a Warranty Registration From. We are currently using Jotform to do this.
We need a workflow in place that when the item is sold to them from Odoo, they receive a notification for the Pre-Delivery Form and Warranty Form to be completed within a specified time frame. If the form has not been completed, reminders are sent until they do so.
Question 1. Can forms be set up in Odoo to facilitate this? Thinking perhaps on the website on pages that are only accessible to Dealers.
Question 2. Can this be automated and reminders sent when these have not been completed?
Question 3. Can this task be allocated to an external user? ie a Partner, not an internal user of Odoo?

"QMS Processes" is not a question. A question is a substantial phrase that ends with "?"
We get close to 1,000 posts a month and not everyone will open a post to find out what your question is.
I have edited your post to make the title a question.
In the future, please consider (1) using a Question that makes it clear what you ask without requiring people to open your post and (2) adding Tags. This will often increase the chances people will respond and also make everything clearer for others who may come along later searching for the same thing.
Failing that, you can paste your future posts into an AI Chatbot and ask it to "please generate a question of no more than 16 words that summarizes what I am asking" and use that as your question.
