In Field service, the locations is shown where the work is to take place. By clicking on Navigate to, maps opens to plan the route. This works on the PC, however on tablets and phones it throws an error:
it even shows on a brand new phone without any settings changed. This behaviour is congruent in the odoo app and any browser on tablets/phones.
any ideas?
We have the same problem. Works fine on a PC or Android smartphone, not on iOS devices. I have allowed pop-ups in Safari browser settings but no dice.
yes it happens when using the odoo app and also when using the mobile browser. Besides, iPhones haven't got chrome installed, so that settings can't be changed :(
Hi Gigio, are you saying the pop-up error also happens when you try navigation form the Odoo app? Or any other app?
