i have setup contacts and gave portal access to contacts although not getting documents in portal.

documents regarding sales,quotations, etc not getting anything empty 

only showing "Your Documents"

please help me.

Do the documents even exist? If they do it's probably a security issue. give them also rights to sales, etc.. If the models have followers maybe you need to add them as followers to those models. To access something the user needs at least read access rights. If there are access rules based on followers then the contact needs to be the follower of that record that has the document.
