You cannot try out odoo enterprise modules in your local, without having enterprise source code in your local. If you are a developer and trying to develop something in odoo, you can try it with odoo community. Coding is same in both versions.

If you need to understand the enterprise functionalities, create a free db in https://www.odoo.com/trial or use odoo runbot.
