We are required to create a user account for a non-permanent external user. The user will be in charge of managing and utilising the Social Marketing application.
How do we create a user and grant him access to this application only?
We do not wish for the user to have access to any additional content.

You can create a new user and from the user form, remove/deselect all the groups and only assign the groups in social marketing application.
