How to create a automatically updated mailing list based on a Checkbox

We're looking for a way to automatically update a mailing list based on a checkbox in our contacts. So if a checkbox is active in the contacts, the person is automatically on the mailing list, otherwise not. Is that possible?

Yes, it's possible in that case you need to write the custom code based on your conditions.
For Eg. you need to add one more field related to the mailing list contact.
Based on your checkbox field you can create or update the contact.
