I have integration with my own website and when certain fields on a Product are edited, I'd like a notification sent to a Channel so certain team members can take action based on the edits.

There are three custom fields that, if changed, have an impact on other areas of the Company.

For example, if "x_special" is set to "True" then this product must be moved from the Warehouse to the Stock Room; must be updated on the Website; and must be photographed (within 24 hours).

You can define an Automated Action that sends a message and include the hashtag (#) of the channel in the message.
