You just need to create a only one user and give multiple company.

Hello,

Go Setting-> In Users & Companies menu /​ Users submenu

Click new to create and fill the details.

Under  Multi Companies Section, ​the field called  Allowed Companies, pick the companies whatever you want that to use.

And the Send an Inviation by clicking the button called Send an Invitation Email​.

And fill the Password And then Login as a User.
