Is there a way how to configure an automatic link between a new contact to a customer when the e-mail domain is the same on Odoo 18.

Hey! Is this related to the customer portal? I've had the same issue today. When a new customer logs into the portal for the first time (for example, when he receives an e-mail invoice or another document) then it is not automatically linked to the customer already inside odoo. Instead, odoo creates another customer with the same e-mail address and the customer will see an empty space inside the portal. The way I'm doing it now is, to manually activate the portal for the customer I'm starting to send new invoices. You can do this by clicking on the gear-icon in your customer and then allow portal use (or similar I'm using german version :) ). When the customer then creates an account for him it will use the one already existing.
