Hi all, 


I have 2 questions related to automated actions: 

1. I have created an automated action that sends a welcome email to new portal users. It is working correctly however the email is sent based on server queuing email timing (1hour). How can I send it immediately? 

2. I have created one to send a cart recovery email. The rules are correctly the model gives exactly the number SO in the abandoned cart but no emails are sent. While the action is correctly set. Model: sales order > trigger on creation > conditions abandoned cart is set > action send email with the correct template.

1) There is no way to configure the action rule to send the email immediately.  Either run the email queue schedule manually or change the scheduler's time interval.

2) Try on Trigger Condition="OnUpdate" or "On Creation & Update".

You can use Automated Server "Send Email", you can use (-1) days for field DATE in your view , this is mean this action will be activated before one day from the date set in your view.
