I have 2 questions related to automated actions:
1. I have created an automated action that sends a welcome email to new portal users. It is working correctly however the email is sent based on server queuing email timing (1hour). How can I send it immediately?
2. I have created one to send a cart recovery email. The rules are correctly the model gives exactly the number SO in the abandoned cart but no emails are sent. While the action is correctly set. Model: sales order > trigger on creation > conditions abandoned cart is set > action send email with the correct template.
