Use case: I have a board with all open tickets assigned to me on "My dashboad" and I have the page loaded on my browser. if another ticket gets assigned to me it won't appear on the view until I refresh the "My dashboard" page.

Our IT team is used to work keeping their dashboard open on a tab (usually in it's own screen) checking frequently if new urgent tickets have been added. They would like to avoid to focus and refresh the page to check that.
