Is there any way to auto-refresh boards on "My Dashboard" on Odoo 11 Online?

Use case: I have a board with all open tickets assigned to me on "My dashboad" and I have the page loaded on my browser. if another ticket gets assigned to me it won't appear on the view until I refresh the "My dashboard" page.
Our IT team is used to work keeping their dashboard open on a tab (usually in it's own screen) checking frequently if new urgent tickets have been added. They would like to avoid to focus and refresh the page to check that.

By default all the Dashboard datas will be auto synced with the Real-Data. Could you please elaborate your query.
