Go to the settings of that particular module turn on the reporting option from there it might be because of that or you can go through with access rights.

Mostly You might have got your solution.

But still, Please do check with your Version that you are in.

You can google and check on youtube there will be lots of videos regarding it.

There is something really strange if you are the system administrator, the only thing to do is to check again your access rights in settings>users.
