Hello, 

I'm going through the courses and I have issues doing what's in the video. I

In the video I see in the menu the tabs: Sales, reporting and configuration. I don't see reporting and configuration on mine. I'm admin, as I made the account and there's no one elke in my company. I also don't have the possibility to add a column. 

Am I missing something, or is there something wrong?

Go to the settings of that particular module turn on the reporting option from there it might be because of that or you can go through with access rights.

Hi,

Have you solved your CRM problem? 
There is something really strange if you are the system administrator, the only thing to do is to check again your access rights in settings>users.
