WG Corporate: Continental Employee Shift Planning:

WG Corporate needed an efficient workforce planning solution to streamline shift scheduling and task assignments. Tekgenio adapted the existing "Modulus" app to create a customized shift planning system, integrating real-time cost tracking, resource allocation, and flexibility for temporary substitutions. WG Corporate: Vendor & Customer Payment Workflow:

WG Corporate needed a more efficient and accurate Vendor and Customer Payment workflow within Odoo ERP. Tekgenio developed a custom solution that automated invoice and credit note listing, dynamically calculated total amounts, and streamlined payment processing. To meet the client's request, we added a Product Specification Sheet option under the Print Label section in Odoo ERP, dynamically fetching key product details like origin, ingredients, and microbiological data. The solution also introduced automated data updates, manual QA signature input, and a compliance disclaimer to streamline the workflow. This enhancement improved documentation accuracy, reduced manual effort, and ensured consistent product information across all records.

Bizpack: Certificate of Analysis Implementation in Odoo ERP

To enhance quality control, we introduced a Certificate of Analysis (COA) tab in the Lot/Serial Number module, integrated with Print Labels and Manufacturing Orders for consistent data fetching. The solution included automated Lot/Serial Number selection, enhanced printing capabilities, and an updated COA format reflecting key analysis details. This improved traceability, reduced manual errors, and ensured regulatory compliance across the client's operations.

Comfyzak: Social Media Access Rights & Helpdesk Integration in Odoo ERP

To improve social media management and customer service efficiency, we implemented structured access controls with defined roles for content creators, customer service agents, and admins. Social media comments and messages now automatically generate Helpdesk tickets, with a manual "Create Ticket" option for flexibility. This solution enhanced security, streamlined customer interactions, and ensured effective social engagement tracking.

To enhance social media engagement, we implemented a real-time notification system in Odoo ERP, ensuring Social Marketing users are instantly alerted to new comments from platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
