The solution also introduced automated data updates, manual QA signature input, and a compliance disclaimer to streamline the workflow. This enhancement improved documentation accuracy, reduced manual effort, and ensured consistent product information across all records.

Bizpack: Certificate of Analysis Implementation in Odoo ERP

To enhance quality control, we introduced a Certificate of Analysis (COA) tab in the Lot/Serial Number module, integrated with Print Labels and Manufacturing Orders for consistent data fetching. To improve social media management and customer service efficiency, we implemented structured access controls with defined roles for content creators, customer service agents, and admins. Social media comments and messages now automatically generate Helpdesk tickets, with a manual "Create Ticket" option for flexibility. This solution enhanced security, streamlined customer interactions, and ensured effective social engagement tracking.

To enhance social media engagement, we implemented a real-time notification system in Odoo ERP, ensuring Social Marketing users are instantly alerted to new comments from platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
