To enhance quality control, we introduced a Certificate of Analysis (COA) tab in the Lot/Serial Number module, integrated with Print Labels and Manufacturing Orders for consistent data fetching. Social media comments and messages now automatically generate Helpdesk tickets, with a manual "Create Ticket" option for flexibility.
