I have logged a support request on behalf of one of my clients who is currently live on Odoo.sh. It's been over 60 hours now with no response from Odoo support.

Does Odoo support have any SLAs defined ?

Any suggestions for how to escalate this with the support team will be much appreciated.

It's better if you make a direct call to your account in the Odoo organization.
