I have questions as following:
1. A item that is purchased, not always for sales, sometimes it is a office supply or a spare-part. Can I categorize these items other than "Product"?
2. The lesson only shows withdrawing item from inventory by Sale. Can user withdraw/export item from inventory by other method. For example, a clerk want to take a pen from the storage.

1. If you don't want to sell a product, then do tick the checkmark "Can be sold" in the product general information. If you want to further differentiate products, use product categories (can be defined in the Inventory app).
2. You can define other movements in the inventory app (scrapping product, internal moves etc.) in order to decrease your stock.
