My ERP odoo 8.0 works fine with ZK when it on windows but
when i'm trying to connect to my sql server from ubuntu 16.04 database i got this :
Error: (u'IM002', u'[IM002] [unixODBC][Driver Manager]Data source name not found, and no default driver specified')
any suggestions to solve this

Probably the odbc driver is not installed in your ubuntu server.
