if you looking for self hosted, think in terms of docker swarm and Kubernetes clusters, so look for implementations that cover proxmox, multipass by ubuntu or any other container solution like openstack or some gigabit vps host

Odoo.sh is a good solution but dont exist an API to manage services or integrate custom pipelines, is very restricted and manual.
