Here are some steps you can take to resolve it:

1. Updated sale_management, account modules.

2. Make sure your user has the necessary permissions to access and manage payment acquirers. Go to Settings > Users & Companies > Users , select your user, and check the access rights related to payment.

- if you've checked all these and still can't see the payment providers, it might be worth reviewing the Odoo logs for any errors during the installation or configuration process.
