I have the next situation: Odoo 14 on-premise, using my own email server (postal). The email address of my users is from Google Workspace. The self -hosted postal server is used by notifications, applications etc. I have configured in Odoo > Outgoing email server our postal mail server. The problem is that for example when a user request a TimeOff, Odoo is using his email address to authenticate on postal mail server and of course it fails.

Is there a way to use only one address (a from address) for everything?  i tried in odoo.conf, but it does not work.
