I'm in the trading business of polymers and chemicals, many times we get samples from our client for which we have to create a pouch of material and send it across to people for approval and testing, once the material is approved the order is placed. The first issue we face is that the material for which we receive the sample there is a manual entry happening and then to whom the material is sent for that also manual entry is happening at the moment. 

Is there any app to automate the entire process? Second, against the sample picture of the sample and specification is also attached so everyone can see it along with the price and quantity available and the samples divided into 2 parts important / not important.
