We have push rule for creating receipt to other stock. For example delivering from Stock A -> to transit location -> then creating Receipt from Transit location to Stock B.

At the moment issue is that push rules are run before stock.picking is done. So if you add new lines one by one, saving it. Only one push rule is triggered for the first stock.move.
