we purchased Odoo subscription license for 5 users, and Those 5 users are for different departments inside company,
my question is that, Odoo admin user who has all administration rights is one among those 5 users or admin user + 5 users ?

Ideally, the administrator user should not be used on a daily basis. Only for specific uses.
Therefore it is recommended for your case to have 1 admin user + 5 users.
However it is not mandatory but still be cautious if you attribute the admin user to one of your common users.
You must not delete that user (Id=2) but you can archive it.

can a user can login on same devices at same time ? and can I create different applications using Odoo studio and can I ask one employee to sign in to studio application and another employee to signin to another application, and both employees will sign in using same user login credentials, is it possible ? ex: (user 1, studio appln 1 and studio appln 2, employee 1 and employee 2). now, employee 1 use user 1 login details and use only studio appln 1 and employee 2 uses same user1 login details and use only studio appln 2. is this works ? I'm not sure I fully understand what you are saying but you can login on the same user on different devices at the same time.
If you want to login to different users on the same device you must use a different browser or private navigation features.
