I Know that quotation is printed with the partener language ,How can I enable the user to choose the language in which quotations appear when printed not depending on partener language?

Dear Wafaa ,

You can set this on the advanced tab of the quotation template.
if you still want to use the language change for some quotations, you can make a duplicate of the original and name this , for example; English quotation and set the language on the advanced tab.
When sending just select the one created or use the standard one.
