Most companies in my country sell goods without tax. So when I am creating a quotation I want to type the price that does not include the VAT. So I want an additional field while creating a quotation, a field that is named something like 'price without tax'.
Please help me out how to do that, thanks.
Best use of the mapping function taxes. For this purpose, you define "Fiscal Positions" named "Prices without tax". In it replace tax XX% on tax 0%. You use it when you create a quotation or set for the selected partner permanently.

hi,
when you are creating a quotation you are not oblige to select an VAT in quotation lines. Let VAT field empty. But if you want to display "PRICE WITHOUT VAT" on quotation report you can do as ZBIK said.
