One of our customers uses FireEye to protect himself from malware and other atacks. 
That product seems to click on all links in the mails it analyzes. 
The result with the mail where we ask for rating the helpdesk service is that the "highly dissatisfied" rating is always marked. All the ratings from that customer are bad. 

What can we do about this?
