Hello everyone.
I get an error when i try to to print some document like quotation, sale order or purchase order. The error message is " You must start Odoo with at least 2 workers to print a PDF version of the reports".
Also, when i send by mail a document like quotation, sale order or purchase order, i see the document in the mail, but when i download and open it, i have this message error "Loading error of D:\DOWNLOADS\SO005.pdf" instead of the content of the document.
I am using ODOO 11.
You would be running Odoo with 1 worker I guess which is giving you error to run odoo with 2 workers. Either remove the workers or run odoo with 2 workers.
Are you sending the email from custom code?

Hello Sudhir Arya. Thank you much for your answer. Effectively, we are running ODOO with one worker instead of two. We will try to solve the problem with two workers.
No we are not sending the email from custom code, but with the default code of ODOO.
