If you are looking for the odoo online demo instances,  you can just access the Odoo runbot. Even though its purpose is not for the demo, still you can use it. The different version such v9,v10 and v11 is available in  community and enterprise edition.

The problem of using this is that , it will be accessed by multiple persons from different parts of the worlds, so the configuration and all can be changed by the accessing users.
