Many people ask this question but unfortunately the answers is not sufficient to solve the problem

All answer tel to create a folder named "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/reportlab/"

But they didn't till where,  at " c:\"    or at odoo folder,

Please write the full path to enable the developer to understand the answer and save too much time
