outstanding payment accounts

Question

Hello,
I upgrade my odoo from 13 to 17 , and I use POS , the problem is when I open the trial balance of 2023 I find new accounts (outstanding payments) , How can I delete these account without changing the trial balance .

Hello,
If you can do the reconciliation properly in the system, then these accounts will disappear. Once you have completed the reconciliation for the existing entries, in the Journal you can make the necessary changes and the outstanding accounts won't appear in future.
