the below message is what is popup on the order: 

Pending, Your online payment has been successfully processed. But your order is not validated yet.

I have made payment for this order and I signed the order online, but my order still not validated, i still got warning : Pending, Your online payment has been successfully processed. But your order has not been validated yet. I try to chat with odoo support, He said that need to wait until receive a Payment confirmation email, but over 1 day, i haven't see any that email

Having the same problem now. I was silly to  submit the order twice and now I have 2 transactions on my credit card :(

I submitted a ticket but after 2 days still no response.

hello, it happened to me too, my order waiting for serveral days and not validated. No answer whatsoever from helpdesk or email or anything.

anyone have the same issue?

Have you used any customized module for Odoo eCommerce?

For purchase any module from odoo apps:
You can see the status of Sale order (purchased module from odoo apps) in your odoo account.

Login into odoo account from where you purchased an app
Click on you profile: select "My account"
In Sale orders--> you can check the status of the Sale order and Invoice

it's showing (Pending)

Then you have to wait for sometime to get an zip file on email because it will take some time to validate your order. If still you not get any update on your sale order then you can raise a ticket on odoo for this.

Still pending unfortunately, I opened a ticket but NO one assign to resolved it !

I purchased customized odoo apps,and debited my visa, and has NOT validated the order !
