Online payments do not change the status from Quotation to Sales order

Question

We've recently created an eCommerce site with Odoo and whenever places an order, it creates a quotation but when they pay through Paypal or Stripe, its status doesn't change to Sales order.

What are we doing wrong?

Hi,

1. Enable Online payment and Online signature
Configuration -> Settings

2. Create a Quotation

3. Sign and Pay
Image [3]

After online payment, we can see that the quotation status has changed to a sale order
