I recently created a module that is almost similar to 'sales order' but in a more simplified version. It is just lines of items that will affect the product in the inventory. However, when a transaction is done the product unit (Quantity on hand) does not change.

Can someone please help me with some code snippets / tutorial? Or Can you point out which function inside sales or sales_management module affects the product quantity?
