Our project was about 75% done. A developer we were working with advised it was OK to move to staging UAT when we were getting a subscription expire message and unfortunately they were not backing it up for us and we lost it May 1st.
Prior to to April 15th that database was in Main. Does any one know if Odoo SH would still possibly have a backup prior to April 15th on hand? I do see some documentation here indicating they possibly might. At Odoo Cloud sla they talk about backups and they also show a Google cloud spreadsheet schedule
