I am new to Odoo but have used a POS system before, I followed the instruction and available information on Odoo POS but now have ran into a problem

After I log in into odoo then choose POS module then choose to open register which on my pc shows my tables and then menu on my tablet it reached my tables then when i click it it only shows a white screen. 

This is only a problem on an older tablet, it works fine on my personal phone and tablet

I have not found a solution online so far, can anyone help
