I reached the SuperHero rank but never received the Free Mug email. Is it still available? I only got a congratulations message for my rank. Just wanted to know if i could still fill out the form for the mug.

You should receive an email within 24 hours that looks like this (see attached image). 
Then you will follow the link and fill out your contact information and shipping address.
It may take up to a month to come in after submitting your information.
Additionally, if you still haven't received the email within a day or two then you can submit a ticket to support here: https://www.odoo.com/help#stage=new and they should be able to help.
