Hi, we've launched Odoo EE v11 on our own hosting server and installed Odoo mobile app on iPhones, however when we send messages to each other in Discuss channels or private messages - we don't receive push notifications on phone. What should we do to make it work?

since you are using Enterprise odoo and you can directly contact them for help. Go to your odoo portal and click on My tasks, submit a new ticket.
