Hello All, 

please help me out with any tips regarding this. 

we are trying to connect aws ses to Odoo marketing app. 


Sending emails working fine but the bounces are not being processed by odoo with the incoming server as I think the template of the email is not being processed. 

anyone has done this before or has any thoughts?

We are having the same issue of bounces not being recorded in Odoo, however being recorded in Amazon AWS SES. Might it have something to to with the fact that notifications of bounces should be sent to bounce alias (e.g. bounce@yourdomain.(odoo.)com) by Amazon SES? and that Odoo needs to go get these notifications, in the case of a specific domain through an incoming mail server?

If somebody knows, please advice :)
