Maybe you have selected a product with a category that does not match any of your criteria on the delivery grid?

For example, if your grid contains lines for products of 5 KG or above, but your product on the line is a service that does not have a weight, OpenERP will be unable to provide you with an appropriate price.

Check the selected grid and compare the line criteria to your orderlines.
