hi all it's not about activate the pos on my local odoo it's about creating it from scratch

There is lot of material available over the net on the same, after installing Point of sale module, navigate to Point of sale -> Configuration -> Point of sale and create the point of sale(ie, terminal) , then you can set different configuration for the point of sale, in the form you can see options to enable different features and to set the data. 

Once this is done, you can see this pos in the menu Point of sale -> Dashboard, from here click new session button and start a new session, then you will redirected to pos ui.
