My odoo in hosted on odoo.sh and while I do all the steps needed to do an upgrade (download db, wait for the upgrade, upload new db, ...) I would like the site to be in something like a "maintenance mode" i.e. no user access  beside  admin,  no customer interactions, no mail processed, etc... to avoid missing something after the upgrade is finished.

Any advice on how to do this ?
