Hi,

We are currently facing an ongoing issue with the bank connectivity in Odoo 17. Specifically, whenever we perform a rebuild, the bank connection is automatically established in the staging environment. However, on the live instance, the connection is deleted, and we encounter an error message, as evidenced in the attached screenshot.

To resolve this, we have repeatedly deleted the bank connection (online synchronization) in the staging environment and then reconnected it on the live instance. While this temporarily resolves the issue, the connection is lost again following the next rebuild.

Could you kindly advise on a permanent solution to fix this issue, ensuring that the bank connection remains intact on the live instance after a rebuild?

Hi,

Remove the bank connection from the previous Odoo database (May be your test or any other staging server)

How to setup ?

  • Login to the original Odoo instance where the bank was connected.
  • Go to Accounting > Configuration > Online Synchronization.
  • Locate the bank connection.
  • Remove or delete the connection.
